Premier Pathfinder Solutions was founded by Rob Stogsdill, a seasoned IT Director and Executive Coach with a deep passion for helping professionals excel. With decades of experience in the insurance and IT industries, Rob brings a wealth of knowledge and insight to his coaching practice.
His extensive background includes leading complex and business-critical systems, managing large teams, and driving organizational change at State Farm Insurance. Additionally, Rob serves as a teaching professor at the University of Texas at Dallas’ Naveen Jindal School of Management, where he imparts his expertise in leadership and organizational development.
Rob holds a Master’s degree in Leadership and Organizational Development from the University of Texas at Dallas, along with an Executive Coaching Certification and the ACC Certification from the International Coach Federation (ICF).
His professional credentials also include numerous insurance designations, such as CPCU, ChFC, CLU, and FLMI, as well as technical certifications like AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner and AWS Solution Architect.
This diverse expertise enables Rob to provide holistic coaching that addresses both personal and professional growth.
